A subsidy inspection was initiated on 8/29/2024 and completed on 9/19/2924. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
