REPEAT VIOLATION; SYSTEMIC VIOLATION
Children's hands shall be washed with soap and running water or disposable wipes before eating meals or snacks. Staff shall wash their hands with soap and running water before and after a diaper change and before preparing or serving food or beverages.
In Classroom 1, 7 children (age 12-19 months) did not wash their hands before eating lunch. Staff did not wash their hands before serving lunch. In Classroom 2, Staff #1 did not wash 2 children?s hands after a diaper change. Staff #1 did not wash their hands after 2 diaper changes.
