Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/26/2022 and concluded on 7/26/2022. There were a total of 55 children with 12 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time and engaged in group activities. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Medications and fire drills were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, is not kept in a locked place that prevents access by children.
Evidence: Disinfectant sprays were observed in the Pre K room on top of the children's cubbies, accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: The disinfectants will be locked up away from the children.

Based on observation, prepared infant formula bottles were not dated with the child's name.
Evidence: Several infant bottles were found on the counter and in the refrigerator not dated.
Plan of Correction: All infant bottles will be dated.
