Inspector Notes

The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 11/17/2022. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of illnesses, food, medication and accident reports. The inspector inspected the temperature of the refrigerator, the milk is a "shelf stable" not needing to be refrigerated until opened, reviewed attendance and medication log for 1 child, reviewed accident report for 1 child, reviewed notices posted to parents in the Pro Care system about illnesses in the school. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
