Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/2/2023 and concluded on 2/2/2023. There were 60 children directly supervised by 11 staff members. Children were observed during circle time, playing with manipulatives, learning about shapes and Groundhog Day. The physical plant, 3 child records, 4 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of staff records and staff interview, the CDC does not have a central registry finding within 30 days of employment for each staff.
Evidence: Staff #1, date of hire 8/1/2022 does not have documentation of central registry results within 30 days of employment.
Plan of Correction: Management will submit the staff's central registry through the portal and forward the results to the inspector.
