Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/23/2023. There were 4 children present with 1 caregiver supervising.The point total was14. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 caregiver / household member records were reviewed. The inspection started at 3:10 pm am and concluded at 4:30 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Evidence:
The provider was asked to show her landline telephone.
The provider stated that she does not have a landline telephone but has been working to find a suitable service for a landline phone.
Plan of Correction: The provider will contact local providers to locate a suitable service for landline telephone within 30 days.
