A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 8/11/2023 from 10:35am-11:15am. There were 4 children directly supervised by the provider. During the inspection the home, interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were
inspected. Cleaning and sanitation routines, hand washing and diaper changing routines were also discussed. A sample of child records, provider information and household member information was reviewed. Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
