This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 02/15/2022. The provider was contacted by Zoom and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children, ages 12 months-10 years, totaling 22 points and two caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 3 caregiver records, 2 household member records, and 1 pet record were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
