Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 11:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records, 1 household member records and 1 pet record. The inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
