Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 02/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children and 2 caregivers; the point total was 25. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 caregiver records on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers shall ensure that children?s hands are washed with liquid soap and warm running water after toileting or diapering.

Caregiver 2 used a baby wipe on a child?s hands after diapering; the child did not wash their hands with liquid soap and warm running water after diapering.
