Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A code compliance renewal inspection was initiated on February 10, 2022 and concluded on February 14, 2022. The Compliance Supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 79 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 5 years old with 17 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, programs, special care and emergencies, physical plant, staffing and supervision and background checks. A total of 5 children records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issues.
