Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/24/2023. There were 83 children, ages 18 months-5years, 19 staff and 2 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Medications were reviewed for 7 children. The children were observed during playground time, center time and circle time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:29am and departed the center at 10:57am.
