Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 4/24/2023. There were 83 children, ages 18 months-5years, 19 staff and 2 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Medications were reviewed for 7 children. The children were observed during playground time, center time and circle time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:29am and departed the center at 10:57am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
