Inspector Notes

A enforcement watch inspection, due to the Probation status was initiated on 12/13/2022 and concluded on 12/13/2022. The inspector observed classrooms, supervision and programming. There were 24 children directly supervised by 5 staff members. Children were observed on walks outside, bathroom breaks and drawing. Staff were walking with children outside, the cook was answering the door as children arrived to the program. The director arrived as the inspection was ending. Discussed the physical plant issues that were observed during the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, areas of the center,shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Evidence: There was a large area of peeling paint under the windowsill in the "Green" room. There were 3 loose tiles on the floor in the foyer.
Plan of Correction: The area will be repainted and the tiles will be repaired.
