Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on August 6, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 am and ended at 11:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (26) children present and (6) staff. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (4) staff records.This inspection included:
? document review (children and staff records, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations of children playing with playdough, lining up to go outside using a walking rope with 2 staff, playing musical games. The center has received new changing table, toy shelves and STEM supplies.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
