A complaint inspection was initiated on 8/11/21 and concluded on 12/9/21. A complaint was received by the department on 8/11/21 regarding allegations in the area of behavior guidance. An unannounced on-site inspection was conducted and interviews with staff were completed. Documentation related to the allegation was also reviewed.
