An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on September 17, 2025 and completed on September 17, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on August 5, 2025 relating to supervision. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
