Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/11/2021 and concluded on 08/13/2021. The program director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children, ages 6 months-2 years, and 5 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 2 complete staff records and the background check requirements for one newly hired staff were reviewed during the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
