Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 02/13/2024 in response to a complaint received on 01/31/2024 regarding preventing the spread of disease. There was a total of 31 children and 10 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector interviewed ten staff members during the investigation. The inspector arrived at 8:45 am and departed at 12:00 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The information gathered pursuant to an investigation of the complaint does not support the allegation and the complaint was determined to be not valid.
