Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. A bottle of disinfectant wipes with a warning label, ?Keep out of reach of children? was on a shelf in the preschool room not locked.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: During the time of the inspection, staff locked the disinfectant wipes. Moving forward, staff will ensure that cleaning materials are locked at all times to prevent access to children.

Medication shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. A child?s prescription medication and a tube of antibiotic ointment was in a bag, unlocked in the 2 year old classroom.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: During the time of the inspection, staff locked the medication. Moving forward, staff will ensure that medication is locked and all times to prevent access by children.
