8VAC20-780 Staffing and Supervision.

Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector completed an unannounced monitoring inspection in response to a self-reported incident regarding staffing and supervision. The Department was notified of the incident on January 27, 2023. On February 6, 2023, the licensing inspector was on site from approximately 10:00am to 12:00pm. Interviews were completed, observations were made, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support areas of noncompliance with the licensing standards related to the care and protection of children. There were no violations cited.
