Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 6/7/22 from 8:30am to 9:45am with the new Director. There were 32 children in care, ranging in age from 10-months to 10-years-old, supervised by seven staff. The children were observed cleaning up for morning snack, washing hands, eating morning snack, doing puzzles, playing with tabletop toys, and having free play. Morning snack was toast with butter and jelly and milk. Classrooms and playgrounds were observed and three medications and authorization forms were reviewed. The inspection resulted in no violations.
