An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted from 1:00pm to 3:50pm on 8/4/22 in response to complaints received in the licensing office regarding allegations of children not being changed when they become wet, not being cleaned properly when changed, and a child being forced to clean up another child?s potty accident. Based on interviews conducted, the allegations were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence. There were no violations cited.
