An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted from 1:00pm to 3:50pm on 8/4/22 in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding an allegation of rough handling of a child. Based on a review of documentation and interviews conducted, the allegation was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence. There were no violations cited.
