An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 8/19/22 from 9:45am to 10:35am in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding an allegation related to supervision and documentation of injuries. Based on a review of documentation, classroom observation, and interview, the allegation was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence. There were no violations cited as a result of the investigation.
