Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a hybrid protocol. An on-site inspection was completed but some documentation was reviewed virtually and some was sent and viewed electronically.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 01/21/2022. There were 19 children present with six staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
