An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on October 22, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:46 a.m. and ended at 12:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
