Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on April 21, 2022. There were 28 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 5 years, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 new staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standard and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of the emergency drill log, the facility failed to document the date of the evacuation drills. Evidence: there was no date listed for the documented January, February, or March evacuation drills on the emergency drill log.
Plan of Correction: The evacuation drills will include the day of each drill starting this month.
