Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on January 19, 2024 in response to a complaint regarding infant room feeding, supervision, diapering, and injury reporting. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
