Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director from 9:35 am to 12 noon. There were 57 children present with 13 staff supervising. The ages of the children ranged from 6 months to 5 years. During the walkthrough the Licensing Inspector was able to observe handwashing, snack time which consisted of cheese, crackers and water, outside play and the children in the 3 year old room discussing holiday ornament ideas.
Six staff and children's files were reviewed as well as medications for four children. Four allergy care plans were reviewed during this inspection as well as a sample size of documentation for 6 injuries. The center's most recent health inspection was dated 10/16/23 and the fire inspection was dated 9/18/23. The areas of non compliance are outlined on the violation notice.
