Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/8/2023 from 3:06 pm to 4:00 pm. Records were checked at the main office on 2/28/2023 from 2:40 pm to 2:55 pm. There were five children in care, ages 5 to 10 years of age, in one group under the care of two staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records and two staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed in outside play and washing hands after outdoor snack.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
