An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on September 5, 2023 and September 26, 2023 regarding concern of administration, staffing and supervision and special services . During the inspection the following were completed: interviews and a review of records/documentation. There was not a preponderance of the evidence during the investigation to support the allegation related to administration, staffing and supervision and special services; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID.
