An unannouced complaint investigation was conducted on March 14, 2024 from 10:00am-1:20pm and April 12, 2024 from 8:25am -9:15am. The complaint was in regards to staffing and supervision, special care provision and emergencies, programs and administration.
There was not a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation to determine if the center was not in compliance with the standards. The complaint is deemed not valid.
