The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 6/29/23 and concluded on 6/29/23 in response to a complaint received by the department on 6/1/23 for allegations regarding supervision and parent communication. Interviews and observations were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
