Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on June 16, 2025 and completed on June 16, 2025. in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 10, 2025 relating to allegations regarding daily activities for infants and supervision. The inspector reviewed three staff records on-site. This inspection included observations, interviews, and record review. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
