An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on August 20, 2025 and completed on August 20, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on August 12, 2025 relating to behavioral guidance. The inspector reviewed one staff records on-site. This inspection included observations, interviews, and record review. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
