Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on April 13, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 10:40 a.m. through 2:10 p.m. On this date, there were seventy-six children in the care of thirteen staff and two administrators The total enrollment for the program was eighty-five children. The records of seven staff, seven children, and medications for seven children were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
