Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on August 28, 2024 and completed on October 21, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 13, 2024 relating to allegations of supervision and programs. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and three staff records on-site on August 28, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Additional interviews and documentation were reviewed off-site.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
