Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on April 20, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 10:45 a.m. through 2:45 p.m. On this date, there were one hundred thirty-one children in the care of twenty-one staff The total enrollment for the program was one hundred ninety-three children. The records of twelve staff, ten children, and medications for three children were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
