1. The licensing inspector tripped over a rug in the 2 year old classroom that was too large for the space and folded upwards against the counter, causing a tripping hazard.

1. In the Preschool classroom several children did not wash their hands before lunch, and one child was observed touching their nasal discharge and then proceeded to touch several surfaces before being served lunch.

Children shall not be allowed to drink or eat while walking around. In the Preschool room, two children were observed walking around while eating at lunch time.
