An unannounced annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 7/27/2023, beginning at 9:40 am and ending at 10:50 am. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. The Inspector reviewed required background searches, 1 caregiver record, 6 children records, 2 household members records, and training certificates.
