Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 17 2023 between 11:40am and 12:40pm. There were 5 children in the care of 2 staff. Children were observed participating in exercise time and preparing for lunch time. A review of child records, staffing records, the weather radio, flash light, first aid kit, and emergency drills was conducted. A citation is listed on the violation notice page.
