Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on April 29 2024 between 9:30am and 10:30am. There were 6 children in the care of 3 staff. Children were observed having circle time, going over a religious lesson, and preparing for a nap. A review of the fire inspection, emergency drills, emergency supplies, staff and child records, and the physical space was conducted. Citations are listed on the violation notice. Based on record review, the center did not ensure that all staff complete, annually, a minimum of 16 hours of training appropriate to children in care.

Based on record review, the center did not ensure that after the first license an annual approval from the health department shall be provided for meeting requirements for water supply and sewage disposal system.
