Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 17 2024 between 10:45am and 11:45am. There were 6 children in the care of 3 staff members. Children were observed building animals out of building blocks, and having pretend play. The child records, emergency response drills, and the physical space was reviewed and inspected. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that the diapering surface was non-absorbent.

Evidence: The diapering area in the infant space contained a diaper pad topper that was made of an absorbent fabric.
Plan of Correction: The covering was removed at the time of inspection.
