During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/24/2025, as a part of the licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 11:10 AM and ended at 1:10 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 42 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 5 staff records on site. This inspection included:

? interviews, and
? observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There is an unsecured electrical cord behind the playhouse on the playground. There was paper litter and strings on the playground.
The electrical cord will be removed, if possible. If not, it will be secured to the wall. All staff will be reminded that the playground must be checked prior to use by the children and any litter or debris must be removed.
