Inspector Notes

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on January 10, 2023 from 8:50am until 9:30am. There were 3 children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Evidence: Cleaning products were stored on a dining table in the dining room accessible to children and next to fruits.
