A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on November 19, 2024. The inspection started at 8:20am and concluded at 9:15am. There was 1 child present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 3. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 1 caregiver record on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Stairs shall not be accessible to children less than two years of age and children older than two years of age who are not developmentally ready to climb or descend stairs without supervision.
Stairs to the upper level are accessible to the children.
Plan of Correction: I have a gate I will make sure to block the stairs so the children do not have access.
