Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on January 10, 2022 and concluded on January 12, 2022. The Inspector conducted an on site inspection of the physical plant, interviewed staff and made classroom observations. Records, policies and procedures and additional documentation were reviewed using a virtual protocol. There were 54 children present, ranging in ages from five months to four years, with 12 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and eight staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
