Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, December 14, 2022, to determine the centers compliance with licensing standards. The licensing inspector was on site from approximately 3:00 pm until 5:40 pm. The Director assisted with the inspection. There were 61 children present, ranging in ages from seven months to five years, with 16 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming,
medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed outside playing tennis, riding trikes and playing on the slide. The Infant class was reading storied and having mat play. Handwashing was observed after snack by children and staff. Staff interacted with children in a positive manner. A total of six child records and eight staff records were reviewed. The inspector interacted with staff and children in care.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
