Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 3/28/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children present (8 points), ranging in ages from 15 months to 2 years, with the provider supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 1 child's record and 2 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
